The unveiling of Sobha Hartland II, the company’s new flagship mixed-use development community adjacent to its Sobha Hartland construction in Mohammed Bin Rashid City, Dubai, was announced by UAE-based developer Sobha Realty on Friday. The opulent eight million square foot waterfront development will feature apartments and villas, with over thirty percent of the land devoted to natural areas.
The developer has stated in the past that 2025 is when the Sobha Hartland plan of action is expected to be finished. According to Sobha Realty Co-Chairman Ravi Menon, the recent spike in the sales of upscale real estate in Dubai points to the emergence of new housing micro-markets.
He declared, “Sobha Hartland II is poised to redefine the concept of living in urban areas in Dubai and continue Sobha’s legacy of providing world-class projects that stand out with its prime location in the heart of the city and unparalleled amenities.”
Data released by the Land Authority indicates that from January to May 2023, over 29,000 primary domestic property sales from builders were recorded in Dubai, with a total value of 67.75 billion UAE dirhams. This represents a 41 percent increase over the same period in the previous year.
The project value and completion dates were not disclosed in the statement.
The developer has stated in the past that 2025 is when the Sobha Hartland scheme is expected to be finished.
